Let’s sum up 2017 and look forward to 2018!
Why were 2017 such a great year for Verismo HR?
2017 were a really good year, we made great improvements to how we manage implementation projects. With two clear-cut options for either a cost efficient ready-to-use solution or a customized implementation we are able to support all types of customers big and small. Customized implementations now begin with a pre-study after which we can give the customer a fixed cost for the entire project then support every step to the launch and beyond.
From 2017 we are especially happy with the new version of our Performance management, allowing the future development in the direction of more mobile and agile interactions while still supporting our current customers. During last year we also, among many other improvements, updated Training management with support for e-learning handling content following the Tin can standard, for many customers removing the need the need for a separate LMS.
We are also growing internally! In the end of 2017 we hired a Project Manager who will be focus on the Swedish market, but still work close to or Project Manager in Finland to share experience.
We will also hire a Junior Developer.
What will be main focus for Verismo HR 2018?
Our main focus is the customer! Our goal is to be the best supplier of Talent Management-system and we will put a lot of work on customer satisfaction. In the beginning of 2018 we will also helping our customers comply with the new requirements of the GDPR. We will meet with each customer to define action plans to ensure compliance to the new regulations while not interfering unnecessarily with the HR and Talent Management parts of the business.
Later 2018 we will launch the new Reporting management enabling customers to easily create re-use reports based on advanced selection criteria. Reports will be presented as attractive bar charts and pie charts or simply retrieved as data.
What else is Verismo HR going to work with in 2018?
2018 will bring changes to how we work at Verismo. As our business continues to grow we will be adapting to serve our customers even better. All internal development and customer configuration changes will be focussed to four quarterly updates. This will allow for more extensive testing and better information being provided about changes while we will still be able to provide support at short notice.
